He hand-cuts the finest meats in town and hand-picks the freshest seafood off the boats every morning. This summer he needs a new apprentice. That's you.

🏪 The corner grocery
Mr. B's has stood a few blocks from the marsh for years: coffee on, radio playing beach music, and a meat case that locals swear by. Regulars know him by his straw hat and the joke he tells with every ribeye.
🦐 Off the boats
Every morning Mr. B walks the docks for the day's catch: shrimp, flounder, grouper, scallops and crab. If it isn't fresh, it isn't in his case. Lobster comes down from New England for the Boston crowd.

Each order teaches you where a cut really comes from. Chuck to round, belly to ham, grouper to scallops. By Day 5 you'll talk like a butcher.
